Single Donda Dirilis Pada Minggu Ini, KanyeWest Sebut Label Tak Ijin Dengannya, Ini Liriknya

DENPASARUPDATE.COM – Single ‘Donda’ milik Kanye West resmi rilis minggu ini. Hanya saja, rapper Kanye West merasa tidak dikonfimasi terkait perilisan single tersebut.

Bahkan, melalui Instagram pribadi miliknya Kanye West menyatakan bahwa perilisan album Donda tersebut tidak memiliki ijin darinya.

“Universal put my album out without my apporval and they blocked jail 2 from being on the album,” tulisnya di akun instagram pribadinya @kanyewest.

Lagu dengan judul yang sama dengan album, Donda, adalah persembahan Kanye West untuk mendiang ibunya.

Lagu Donda sendiri diambil dari nama ibu kandung Kanye West, Donda West. Ibu Kanye adalah profesor bahasa Inggris di Chicago State University.

Donda meninggal akibat komplikasi jantung saat menjalani operasi kosmetik.

Dalam lagu tersebut Kanye memasukan suara ibunya yang sepertinya direkam saat menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan.

Dalam menjawab pertanyaan, Donda West tampak sangat bangga terhadap putranya.

Donda menjadi album kesepuluh Kanye West, yang rilis 29 Agustus 2021 kemarin. Album tersebut telah mengalami penundaan sejak 2020 lalu.

Perilisan album Donda rupanya juga mendapat kritikan dari beberapa musisi yang telah berkolaborasi yaitu Soulja dan Chris Browm yang tidak puas dengan line up akhir album.
